Amazing!

I have been exceptionally impressed by not only the service, the ease in being able to contact Rain, the delivery and connection. I'm on the 5G month to month. I asked for a call back on Saturday, the 13th of February and received a call from a wonderful lady who was delightful. I put through payment and received notifications of the process along the way. I was told I would receive the package in 2-5 working days (2 days), I received it on Tuesday and at 5pm contacted support via the "contact support" button to query how to activate my SIM. I received a message at 7pm saying that my SIM was already RICA'd and that I would be connected anywhere from 2-24 hours. 18 hours later I have incredibly fast working internet with a brilliant connection, multiple devices etc. etc. Thank you for the incredible service, to the amazingly efficient staff and fantastic internet.
