Am very disappointed

Am very disappointed with rain services, their call center agents very rude and hadly to get hold of them, been having issues to pay my account due to their system showing 00 balance on my side untill yesterday i paid and still no internet still , i spoke to George who was very rude and keep talking over me without listening to my concern, he promised to assist and gave me his email address, been sending him emails from yesterday he is just ignoring them, been loyal client for over 2 years now but am really thinking of other options, am very disappointed as i had to buy data for my kids to do homeworks but i paid internet
