Am I begging for Sim cards that you prompted me to get?
If I could rate it a zero for their inconsideration towards their customers I would. I lost my rain sim cards and requested for new ones on the 8th of November, I then received an email that someone would call me and they haven't - I called on the 14th to follow up and I received yet another email address stating the same thing. Their delivery standard time is 3-5 days but it has been over 2 weeks and nobody has bothered to call me or inform me of what is happening. Am I begging for these sim cards?
