Always very helpful. The agent that assisted me though talks so fast I had a hard time to figure out what she was saying. Having to phone back and instruct them to cancel my 4g contract after upgrading to 5g is not very user friendly since the agent confirmed in the beginning that there is no way that I would be billed for two contracts and then only told me at the end that I must phone again to cancel my old contract
