Always no network

I actually have no idea words to to explain my disappointment with Rain 5G shem, your network is becoming worse and worse everyday I would not recommend it to anyone during the day your network would be off for about two hours and when you call your call centre you get no assistance as I think they call centre is not even base here in RSA. You struggle to understand the accent the agents are speaking the only thing they tell you is the tower you are using is 27km away that’s all they can help with soon you guys will start loosing customers cause every day is the same issue with your network not available as I’m writing this we don’t have connection the whole week it been the same issue. And during the week when I’m week the is 1 or 2 hours that I must not work because you guys are have a problem with your network which I find unacceptable as a customer always be subjected to poor service from your guys can’t wait to sort my stuff out and live you guys for Afrihost best ISP in the country.
