Always disappointed

I'm not impressed with the fact I have to call you guys every month end to make an arrangement for money I've paid. You guys are quick to collect money and disconnect people when you know that the whole 2 months you have been failing in terms of connection around Kempton Park. I opted to buy data which is at additional cost to meet my deadlines. You are really not user friendly nor considerate.
