Always a problem with the service
We have been using Rain's services for several years, and have generally had an acceptable experience. However, recently we have been facing frequent internet outages, and even when the internet is available, our upload speed never exceeds 0.5mbs. This has been causing significant inconvenience, especially when attempting to upload images to social media platforms like Facebook.
Additionally, as the account is in my wife's name, it is almost impossible to address the issue on my own.
What can we do to get the service we pay for each month?
