Almost giving up
Network only works in the middle of the night, during the day I can't even stream anything, network is so slow for weeks now, and u will debit next week, the router is on blue which is 5g but can't even watch YouTube

11 Apr 2023, 16:20Honestly this is rediculous, don't u have technicians to check these problems, send one to my house asap, how can I pay for a full month and only watch for 2 weeks.. It was on 5g and I got a msg that u took it down to 4g because of some stupid reason, now I have to take it up to 5g myself. This is just not caring about the consumers, can someone just catch a wake up..

12 Apr 2023, 09:10Last year a technician came to my house and only to realise that my tower has not been working for 3 weeks, after I was told to shift and enter interface nonsense. This thing can be done remotely, ur technician has done it before he can still do it again asap
