All thunder, but no RAIN
Received 6 March... canceled 12 March due to throttling .. cannot get internet from 7pm in the evening. 6 call... 7 e mails ... no one acknowledges my cancelation. All I get is service logs for complaints. According to Rain if one cancels you can receive a refund .... so much for that !! Do not use Rain ... 5G is wobbly ... at the best of time severe throttling in the evening

I had canceled in the 7 day window... but alas .. no response from Rain ... so your response above is unfounded !! Call me to schedule the collection before 31 March as I am not paying for April
