All they want is money for no service and false promises

I am discussed and furious at Rain, I would never in my life recommend rain again to anyone else. Even after cancelling a month ago and promising and ensuring me that the debit order has been cancelled they still take a debit order. Please ensure I get my refund as the message I received states that I will get a free month to see if I still want to stay with Rain but again you deduct money. Either refund me immediately or I will be selling your router to cover my expenses.

No, I paid a upfront payment when i started . And you offered a free month and the agent ensured me that no debit order will go off. You need to refund me the R739 or take the decency to pick a phone and actually contact your clients. That R739 needs to be refunded today.
