All talk and NO action!!!!

They are amazing at responding to request for ordering a new service but once they get you on board they could be bothered in sorting your issues out. I’ve been trying for 6 months to find out why the two SIM cards I was given stopped working. I’ve spent so much money on data and cellphone calls since then because my SIM cards don’t work and no one ever gets back to me on sorting the issue out. I initially chose rain so that I have the benefit of the SIM cards but haven’t been able to use them for the last 6 months and this has been a huge frustration! I have tried countless times phoning, leaving messages, hours talking to support and no one ever gets back to me with a solution! They are all talk and NO action once they’ve got you hooked in to monthly services. All they want is your money! Disgusted!!!!!!
