I canceled this service in November. Then had to come into the branch and have the consultant with all the attitude in the world tell me it's not canceled. They deducted from my account at any given moment when money came in. And double deducted on the 20th when the debit date is the 1st of every month. I asked to speak with someone and she says there is no contact number everything is done via email. Customer service is atrocious, billing should be shut down. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND
