**** ALERT WORST INTERNET PROVIDER!!!!!

WORST INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER, WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE. DO NOT TAKE UP THEIR PRODUCTS, ****! ****! **** ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been call Rain since July when the router had no internet connection for a whole months to ask them to cancel the subscription, the call centre said they have done so, guess what they did not.

July and August I did not use the service assuming everything was cancelled, only to realise they debited my account double end of August.

I have called numerous times, emailed numerous time, numerous tickets have been loaded for the refund and cancellation and still nothing. I won’t even start with the call centre service, the worst!

Do not Join RAIN you will regret now!!!! Worst decision ever.
