I started using rain in 2020 during lock down when I was at home after lock down going back to work I started having problems with network I tried communicating with rain but I had no response I then decided to canceled the sim card in 2020 December.....for all the months I was not using your sim card now out of nowhere you taking money out of my account for what reason....I demand my refund because am no more using your service and my sim card is canceled why to you take more then R1000 from my account No🤬😠😠
