Aint no sunshine when you want to be gone

Well, I wish I could have given a good review. But this is a 0 star experience. Tried to call cancelation department and they dont pick up. Tried 3 times and they dont pick up even after 13 minutes. upgrade department picked up in 3 minutes. Not a good look. Either people are cancelling in mass amounts or you are trying to keep people from cancelling. Not good either way. PS. upgrade department transferred me on a "direct line to cancelation after an apology" but I had to give up after 10 minutes. Guess "direct" simply means "usual".
