AINT NO SUNSHINE AFTER RAIN !!!

Its been a month and Rain is still not getting back to me regarding my refund as I haven't used their services because I cannot get passed the Rica stage of the registration as they refuse to take my ID, as it keeps asking for an Original. I just want my money back is that too much to ask for?

I have emailed them on numerous occasions and they rep**** timeously until I asked for the refunds process. I want my money because this is really becoming a real process, and I trusted the company even after reading all the bad reviews. But this is my Thank you. PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY !!!!
