Ai Rain...
Another day another Rain complaint, make payment arrangements with them and get confirmation only to wake up to disconnected internet, this has happened twice already.
It's cheap but look forward to a lot of headaches ahead...

It's been LESS than 30 days since my last payment, and last I checked you offered the 15 day extension, and it was confirmed on my account that the next payment date would be the 15th, yet again you just ignore it and say it's last months payment...
