AI customer service on its PEAK, no connection "Reboot for 30sec every 30 sec

I'm defeated with this network pity I currently do not have an option. Trust me I am ready to jump ship. Poor Customer service, not customer centric. I know all the technical terms like " The alarms have gone of your tower" and etc. no sup or manager to take your call. They are tghe 1st debit order that goes off but the service is almost at "you get what we give you on the days that we give you"not what you signed up for... That time I speak to AI all day long for assistance.
