Agents don't know what they are saying and doing to help customer

I Have been contacting rain for 3 months and spoke to 3 agents and all agents gave me 3 answers on my internet speed this is unacceptable and I want an accurate answer on what is going on with my speed...I have also been told that my house is not in line with the tower so I put it inline and it is now and yet the issue is the same. I want a proper explanation and I want it to be fixed
