AGENTS ARE JUST DOING COLLECTIONS AND MISLEADING US

I have been doing back and forth with rain from the 25th,they noted that I'm not letting the fact that they wanted to fool me slide,they ended up saying my connection can take up to 24hrs as they need funds to clear on their side first,I let them be, even though the agreement was as soon as I pay I'll get my connection back, when doing a follow up, they spin me a different story of paying the full amount due to them besides the PTP and my monthly amount I paid , advised by their agent and promised full connection.I got someone who said they will escalate the matter, someone called me and requested screenshots of my chats as proof,that was disgusting as it was literally them saying I'm a ****,but I played a bigger person and sent them,after they received them they told me they have escalated the matter, ***??? who will resolve this ****ty matter if it gets escalated everyday??? I have to say it I was stupid for ignoring people who told me rain is ****ty service provider.
