Agent Aicha who was rude to me while I asked for RAIN email address ( *** ) which is incorrect

I just called through and spoke to Aicha just now about 2 minutes ago as Im typing this email, and I would like to thank her for the attitude she gave me as she flew the RAIN flag very high. I must say she clearly isn't one of the people you should have on the RAIN team.

Someone please listen to the call and call me back with feedback regarding it, I would really really appreciate it.
