Again.... Not happy

And after posting on hello peter on Sunday... Today is the 25th and guess what... My service was once again suspended after I made sure that the payment date was changed numerous times during the week... Well done rain you got me ****ed off real easy today... Today just after 14:00 my internet went down... And i assume it's yet again about non payment... The same issue I've been struggling to sort out for, for 6 months... Its a disgrace that I as a customer have to struggle for 6 months everytime around this time of the month to get my service reinstated, because of a mistake one of your salespeople made when I signed up. I'm not even calling the operators anymore because I keep explaining myself and nothing happens OR the call just gets dropped in my ear... You better fix this real quick! And I WILLLL CANCEL MY SERVICE WITH RAIN! I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!....
