Again No Internet,,,, 5G Rain

Well Well Well This is the 3rd time this month i have no Internet 5G on a Sunday. THIS ISP REALLY IS USELESS AND I AM SO ANNOYED AT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ITS THE SAME AS THE GOVERNMENT. NO WONDER RAIN IS LIKE A CIRCUS. 5G OF RAIN WENT DOWN AT 15:00 HOURS AND I PHONED IN AND THEY ALWAYS TELL U AS THE SUPPORT AGENT " THEY UNDERSTAND THE FRUSTRATION" The Hell with their uselessness. I will continue to go at them till i can find someone that can solve the problem without saying they need to escalate it. What a pathetic bunch of Rain Support Consultants. I again Challenge an Manager or someone Higher to give me a call, lets see if you have the guts and glory to defend your useless network. I CANT WAIT that MTN brings in 5G to this area so that i can tell all my Rain friends in this area to move over to MTN 5G... I will actively promote this to All Rain Customers.!! Rain is the most useless ISP in Africa...
