Again going on a 1 star experience when it comes to customer service
Again going on a 1 star experience when it comes to customer service. Obviously you are not interested in payments nor your existing clients. Spoke to a manager a few days ago and I was told its better to phone in (hang on the line for however long it takes) than to log a ticket. Previous turn around time on a ticket was over 30days! Pathetic!

How are you going to get payment if you can't communicate with me regarding it? Or are you just going to debit from a non existent account? How about the service? Really unsatisfied with this service provided

16 May 2024, 14:39As tekephonically discussed on the 02 of may and 17th of April. You were supposed to deduct on the 02 of may 2024. So please cancel as the service is ridiculous. This seems to be the only platform you respond to.
