Again Fails to provide a Network Service! WHY????

Again, Your service is up to BS again! Why why why can Rain just not provide a proper service! People pay for this and your service sucks! People businesses and livelihood depend on Internet and thats the one thing you guys can't seem to get that right, and its the only service you have to offer is Data! FIX THE SERVICE THAT PEOPLE PAY FOR IT IS A CONSUMERS FULL RIGHT BY LAW TO RECEIVE THE SERVICE THEY PAY FOR! AND DON'T USE LOADSHEDDING AS A EXCUSE, other service providers are way past that excuse and actually have made a impact of change, SO GET MY WIFI WORKING PLEASE. MY WORK IS DEPENDENT ON MY WIFI!
