After waiting 2.5 weeks for a 2 day deliver the SIM is not working

I bought a SIM card from Rain on 8th of June. It took 2.5 weeks to be delivered to me which was painful, but at least Rain refunded my R120 delivery fee.

For the past 3 days I was unable to use my new data provider as they cannot get my SIM card activated on the network....

Still waiting for tech team to contact me. Worst experience!!!
