After many calls and talks with Rain wifi

After many calls and talks with Rain wifi. They keep putting off my wifi after we have made a payment arrangement for the 1st Mei. No complaints get sorted and customer services are very poor. This is the worst services i have ever experienced. I would not recommend them to anyone. Their arrangements are really mixed up and always a issue to get hold of them to fix their problems. Also their is never proper signal with them.
