After making a payment I did I've changed payment date to the 1st of each month and my account is blocked
After making a payment I did I've changed payment date to the 1st of each month and my account is blocked. And they're claiming the payment is overdue. I was referred to support and the some rude lady joy billa couldn't assist saying I should wait for them to call me of which can be after few days. I can't work as I don't have wifi not to mention that their network is so poor can't even cover my Midrand area perfectly but their employees are just so useless.
