Her patience, professionalism and careful attention to detail was amazing. She took me through the details of how everything works, called me back when the line cut to help me through it all, was patient as she asked me to swap sim cards, download the rain talk app and install everything. She helped with instructions on how the app worked and the access I was to give. She left my day better and blessed with how she handled my problem
