After care for existing clients and staff untouchable for poor service

It is really very frustrating not to be able to make a call and solve a problem as soon as possible. Technology can be very helpful, but it also depends on who receives it on the other end and addresses the query or complaint. Technology keeps people away from a personal touch to sort out queries and problems. Also, the person or individual concerned is not held liable for poor customer service. My frustration is with Rain. It is a struggle to get hold of a contact number in order to address problems. The Rain social platform is by no means human-friendly. It keeps you away from direct help. If you are interested in new products, you will be contacted quickly to make just one more product for the sales target, regardless of the needs of your client. And that's where the friendly service ends. Finally, that I could get someone to contact me, so that I can end my service contract, I was offered a good price for 2 months, which will benefit me economically. I accepted the offer. Payments date have changed and my bank account was debited many times. there were not sufficient funds and this causes unpaid item fees unnecessarily. And the payment was for the full new increased amount and not the lesser amount as offered. I addressed the situation and asked that they terminate my contract with immediate effect. (email sent to two email addresses) but to no avail.Honest service with respect and customer service is very important. What happened to good honest service with due respect, regardless of who you are.... Gentleman by the name of Luvo offered 2 months payment via telephone. I received good service by a lady Deborah Nhlapo. She assisted me the very 1st time to terminate my service.
