After Cancellation and Countless emails and calls to Customer care , no Refund or Response !!

Worse customer service SA has ever seen , a month ago I cancelled my Rain contract due to personal reasons I in formed them on the 25 March I have cancelled and asked them politely to not debit my account , all good received confirmation via email everything and then still it gets debited , I mean really after many phones and countless emails I still don't get any response about when this will be refunded , I would definitely not recommend them at all and the customer service is even worse !
