After been with Rain network for two years

After been with Rain network for two years. They gave the most terrible experience. Received a new router , it’s not getting the network and no one is taking accountability. All you hear is the matter is being escalated. No help. I’m really disappointed and their team leaders, especially Khensani, useless. I would not advise anyone for their service 😭
