After a whole month of back and forth regarding the triple debit I am still waiting for the funds to be credited into my account. Yes it may be affordable but I would not advise anyone to make use of rain . Extremely poor customer service, inefficient billing systems to make matters worse their consultants no nothing but the phrase I am sorry . All talk no action, cancel my subscription immediately. The contact centre will only frustrate me even further and I am not prepared to wait several days for a response from the back office
