After a very lengthy and diffucult road i finally received my rain router, however the simcard has not been Rica'd and I have to keep phoning rain and talking to poeple who seems to be working from home telling me to wait 24hrs it will come on

After a very lengthy and diffucult road i finally received my rain router, however the simcard has not been Rica'd and I have to keep phoning rain and talking to poeple who seems to be working from home telling me to wait 24hrs it will come on. Rain have created a profile for me on thier platform and to get those detail was another issue. It has been almost 72hrs and still no signal or anything from rain, the router is now just wasting very expensive electricity. WHY?
