After a small hiccup after collecting my router from the store, I was left without internet for a few days, but customer support did all the could to help and get it up and running, as well as following up afterwards to make sure it worked. The rain App could use some upgrading, and customer support options other than just calling would be a great inclusion, as well as linking the MyRain app with the adjoining apps for purchasing data/activating SIM cards. The router itself is beautiful and works as decor as much as internet, and the touch screen display with speed test, help, etc. is a great bonus. And the deal that it comes a part of is affordable for most people, which is so appreciated. Cheers, Rain, you’ve got us for a while ✨
