After 36HRS of RAIN SIM delivery - STILL NOT ACTIVATED :(

I order my RAIN SIM around a month and a bit ago before lockdown. Firstly the delivery service they use RAM is an absolute waste of time and never gets any of the delivery addresses correct, unfortunately not the first time having issues with RAIN and RAM. But not the point of this Review. I have received the SIM card, delivered finally however having the SIM for almost 36 Hours, it is still not activated, after the website Support says activation within 2 hours, the Dashboard on the RAIN site still says that the SIM is in for Delivery, I havent received an update, an email to say they are doing anything. Its like they went on LOCKDOWN as well yet still operating at their own pace. Come on RAIN, all that needs to happen is activate the SIM so that we can work from home and not waste our valuable money on data via my Cell Provider which is R100 per 1GB, I have spent around R1700 the past 2 weeks and with how the world is at currently with jobs on the line and everything, money is valuable and so is working. Please can you get us ACTIVATED????
