I've been trying to reach the call center and also cancel Rain for the past month and I am still waiting to speak to someone. They are continuously debiting my credit card every day (bearing in mind the EFT date is the 15th of every month) and I did not authorize the debit. I'm happy to legal steps if no one is going to get back to me.
