Advice for Rain new customers

Rain really doesn’t care about it customers, I’ve been trying to RICA my sim for days now, I bought my sim on takealot and I’ve been stuck on the rica page for days, I bought a new sim thinking it might be the problem but still no results, I can’t seem to be able to get a refund because both my sims aren’t active so I can’t request a refund on my account, tried contacting support but all the emails I get don’t mention say anything about my refund just that they received my request and it’s been days
