Rain had a promotion that when you are an existing customer you can upgrade to Rain one with no extra cost, your monthly fees will still be R529.00. I then as an existing customer upgraded to Rain one as my fees would still be R529.00. In July 2023 a R559.00 was deducted. Why promote that you fees will stay R529.00 when an existing customer, but then still deduct R559.00?
