Actual human support contact? Nil.

Good at sending an auto response to a support request. Promising contact "soon". And multiple unnecessary messages suggesting buying more talk minutes or data. But actual real contact? Nothing. Sent an urgent and important support "ticket" four days ago. Total silence since then. That has also been my past experience.
