Active since 2020

I have been using rain since 2020 and l would be lying if l say l have had any problems with this network service provider. Today l am so irritated because l paid for my wifi 2 days back, but l still don't have internet access because, on my account it says I'm owing. This is unacceptable I'm not happy at all, 😞
