Activation of a 5G rain sim not possible and no response from them.

Its actually a complaint. I ordered a rain 5G on the 25th of April and I was told it takes 2-3 working days to deliver the 5G. On Monday the 5g was delivered. Have pain R999 and am happy that I can start working from home. Today is Thursday I cannot activate the 5G sim card cause the activation site is down, their call centre is also not working and they encourage you to send an email to their support center and so far no responses. Am still buying data from MTN And streaming using my phone. I'm frustrated and disappointed in their service. The said business will continue as usual even during the lock down but to my surprise. I regret ordering this thing. I feel like I have been ******.
