Activation

This is the worst service provider of all time!

After getting my sim from takealot.com I tried to activate my sim on the RAIN web page after creating an account and clicking on that so called activate SIM tab and following the steps allowed this page only took my card details and came back with the response that my card is declined, so I contacted the support team whom was willing to assist if I give them my card details!

The next thing that happened was that the web page was now under an update process and even the support team could not assist me anymore.

24Hrs later the page is back up, so I again tried to activate the sim, lord behold now my card works! must be that magical update. After selecting the package i want and clicking on the purchase button an deduction of R1 was made and now bought another sim without activating the sim that I just put the card number of in the web page.

So again i tried to contact the support team. NO RESPONS RECIEVED.

If I could just advise the web designers of just 1 thing it would be that are complete idiots and need to go jump out of an airplane without an parachute, maybe then we can activate SIM's online.
