Activating sim

Rain is the worse internet service provider. They don't have a contact number, to activate my sim. I've send neumorist mails for a consultant to contact me to activate my sim. Delivery was prompt as well as taking my money for the sim. But that was it! I send mails on a daily basis from my works comparer aswell as from my personal mail address. Always receive a ticket that a consultant will contact me in the next 24hr. Of which it never happens
