Activate or refund my money.. poor *********** service

I wish I could give rain a 0 star rating. I made a payment yesterday of R250, my account has not been activated yet. I phoned them yesterday more then 10 times and every time I get a different story. The last Lady I spoke to said she will sent me a link because I must make a payment of R217, when I want to make payment the system gives me this error "Error occurred : There is already a payment pending for this transaction." so they don't want to activate my account nor can I make a payment for them to activate the account. The one lady said there system is messed up and she will go talk to her Team leader and contact me back, till now I am still awaiting here call. I phone just now again and they said they can see the payment and this is being looked at.. I am working form home and depend on my internet, I had to go buy data just to work due to Rains incompetence. If the matter can not be resolve I want a refund.
