I am still awaiting for Rain to activate my Sim card - order no: *** On the web it says it will take 2 hours be activated we are approaching 24hours now

COULD SOMEBODY AT RAIN PLEAS CALL ME ASAP
I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY SIM TO BE ACTIVATED.
IF THEY CANT ACTIVATE MY SIM CARD I WOULD LIKE MY REFUND OF R479 ASAP
