Actions unbecoming of a service provider...

I have been without any response for service for over a month now. What a ****ing Joke. Just an automated response. They are really bad at what they do. Now I am blocking all payments till they come back to me with a proper acknowledgement that they intend to sort the problem out. I have had it they are like a bunch of ostriches with their heads in the sand. But now we know... Don't be a Ben And don't act like Rain.
