Acid RAIN

This service provider's service is P-A-T-H-E-T-I-C ... and leaves MUCH to be desired.

Their website homepage has a feature allowing clients or potential customers to "request a call"... that feature is just there to make the web page look functional but it serves no purpose. My second attempt was via phone call, but once you're through, they just PUT YOU ON HOLD!!

All this in a concerted effort just to request a cancellation of my subscription with Rain. I can understand two or three attempts to debit my account for payment, but EIGHT ATTEMPTS *****s up my bank charges. Rain, in their OWN admission, in their customer terms and conditions state that they will indeed suspend line usage if in any event a client hasn't made payment for that month, but to continously try to push a debit to my bank is like being A HUSBAND IN AN ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIP...

That debit is NOT EVEN for money that I owe because its an UPFRONT PAYMENT - SERVICE, meaning I pay before I use... so if you didn't receive payment, just suspend my line!! I OWE YOU N-O-T-H-I-N-G and neither do I as a customer expect anything from you.
