Account to be cancelled

My name is Nkhibitswana Ngobeni, I wrote a review regarding unfair treatment from Rain, they responded and declared they would rectify the error on their side and cancel my services. Due to the quick response after writing a review on Hello Peter, I then wrote again here to say thank you, that was early December 2024. Now i check my App, there is an outstanding amount, my account is supposed to have been cancelled already, I receive calls and texts of demand disturbing me at work. I am no longer sure how else to sort this out because I do not owe RAIN, I have not had their services since August 2023 if not 2022 and i do not have their router because my service was for sim only, which i have already paid for. I received a call just now, reference number ***1, can a senior manager at RAIN handle this matter because it has been long and I do not know what the hold up is, I do not owe them yet they keep disturbing me at work.
