Account that was canceled and still deducted

Horrible service... Rain is quick to provide cover. But not there to assist... I'm 8 months pregnant, firstly I was told I have coverage, struggled since day one. I didn't have funds so I've asked a friend to pay for me. Called an agent they said I could change it online, which I did. Complained about not being able to connect, got a technician to come out he confirmed there's no coverage in my area, spoke to a consultant that assured me account Will be canceled but they still deducted from my friend's account causing, arguments and stressing me out. Have been trying to get hold of u, request to be called back. No answer, if something has to happen to me, I'm blaming rain for stressing me out
